Stage I sequence schematic

What this sequence means

Stage I deliberately brings together two different kinds of evidence. OIR shows how efficiently you recognise relationships and reason under time pressure. PPDT adds observation, organisation of incomplete information, clear narration, listening and conduct inside a group.

The screening decision is formed from the two tests together. A polished story by itself is not the whole PPDT performance, and speaking the most in discussion is not the same as helping the group reach a workable common view.

  1. OIR reasoning sets
  2. Observe the PPDT picture
  3. Record details and write a story
  4. Narrate, discuss and reach a group view
  5. Stage I result

ഈ പേജിൽ “How it unfolds” എന്ന ഭാഗം മാത്രം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു.

This is a prototype for review. Guidance and quotations come from the handbook. The decision paths, original practice items, generated stimulus images and Malayalam help are new drafts and are not yet approved by the author.
