Overview
Purpose, context and assessor
The first challenge on the first day is the Officer Intelligence Rating test: verbal and non-verbal reasoning questions against the clock. It is not a test of what you studied.
Then the Picture Perception and Description Test: a blurred picture for a few seconds, a story written in four minutes, then you narrate it to a group and the group discusses all the stories together.
Candidates who complete the screening tests successfully enter Stage II.
