Overview
Purpose, context and assessor
A series of discussions, planning exercises and obstacles, done with the same group of candidates throughout. Some are for the whole group, some for half of it, one you do alone, and in one you are put in command of a few others.
The handbook's warning is that this is not a test of strength or of who talks most. The GTO is watching for the candidate who helps the group succeed.
