Stage II · Psychology
Overview
Purpose, context and assessor
Four written tests done quickly, one after another. Stories from pictures, your first thought to a series of words, what you would do in a series of situations, and a description of yourself from four points of view.
The handbook's point about all four is the same: they are four windows onto one personality. Candidates who try to be different people in different tests create inconsistencies.
