Purpose, context and assessor
Before any test, you fill in the Personal Information Questionnaire: your family, schooling, sports, hobbies, achievements and responsibilities.
Copies go to the assessing officers before the assessment starts. What you write here can come up again at any later stage, especially in the interview.
