What this sequence means

Conference brings together views that the Psychologist, GTO and Interviewing Officer formed independently from different evidence. It is not a fresh test that replaces the earlier work: the Board compares those views and examines the particular quality behind any doubt or disagreement.

Where the evidence broadly agrees, the decision may be straightforward. Where it does not, discussion and brief questions can be used to recheck the doubtful point before the Board decides. The candidate sees only the brief interaction in the room, not the Board's full comparison of evidence.

  1. Assessors prepare independent recommendations
  2. The full Board meets
  3. Candidates enter by chest number
  4. The Board asks brief questions where needed
  5. Decisions and results are completed

ഈ പേജിൽ “How it unfolds” എന്ന ഭാഗം മാത്രം വിശദീകരിക്കുന്നു.

This is a prototype for review. Guidance and quotations come from the handbook. The decision paths, original practice items, generated stimulus images and Malayalam help are new drafts and are not yet approved by the author.
